Gen 4 starts where Gen 3 ends. It keeps the thermoformed unibody shell, the PP honeycomb core, and the EVA foam-injected perimeter wall that removes the separate edge guard. Then it adds a proprietary foam layer in the throat area — the narrow V-shaped transition between the face and the handle.
That throat foam does three things. It shifts the balance point closer to the player’s hand for quicker resets. It extends the sweet spot deeper toward the neck of the paddle, so off-center hits stay accurate. And it dampens vibration on hard drives, giving the paddle a more predictable, powerful feel.
The face is typically built with raw carbon fiber for a natural, gritty texture that holds spin without adding extra paint layers. Paddle weights are controlled around 225g ±5g standard, with a Precision Program at ±2-3g for brands that need tighter tolerance.

Gen 4 leans slightly toward power because the unibody thermoformed shell and foam-filled perimeter let the face store and release more energy. But the throat foam also adds controlled flex, so the paddle still feels connected and accurate on soft shots. You can tune the balance by choosing 14mm for more control or 16mm for more power.
What surface options do you offer?

What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is 200 pcs per custom design. Samples take about 10 days for existing constructions, or 14 days with full custom graphics. Bulk production is typically 35 days after sample approval.
Can I get USAPA approval for my Gen 4 paddle?
USAPA approval is held by the brand, not the factory. We build the paddle to meet USAPA/IFP dimensional, surface, and performance requirements and supply the compliant samples and test data you need to submit under your own brand name.
Do you offer weight-matched batches?
Yes. Our standard tolerance is ±5g. For premium lines, the Precision Program holds each paddle within ±2-3g of the target weight, with balance and swing-weight reports available on request.
