One core category, three layers of capability
Our business is simple to place: we are a pickleball paddle manufacturer. Everything else — face materials, cores, and surface technology — sits underneath that definition rather than beside it.
Pickleball paddle manufacturing
We make paddles under your brand. OEM for your own design, ODM when you want us to develop the construction with you, and OBM for our own branded lines. This is the whole of what we do — we do not sell unrelated products or act as an intermediary between you and another factory.
Face materials and paddle types
Carbon fiber, fiberglass, and hybrid constructions cover the full price ladder, from entry-level bulk orders to premium tournament lines. Face options include T700 raw carbon, 3K / 12K / 18K woven carbon, fiberglass, and Kevlar.
Cores, walls, and surface technology
The construction is where our R&D shows up. We manufacture five core platforms and inject the perimeter wall rather than gluing on an edge guard, which removes the most common delamination point in the field.

You need to hold the paddle before committing
MOQ is 200 pcs per design, and standard shapes need no new mold. You get a playable sample in 7–10 days and can test on court before the bulk order is placed.
Weight drifts between batches
Standard tolerance is ±5g around a 225g target. For hero SKUs and tournament lines, the Precision Program holds ±2–3g, with balance and swing-weight reports on request.
USAP approval has to be in your name
Certification belongs to the brand, so we build designs to USAP / UPA-A dimensional, surface, and performance limits, run in-house tests, and hand you the sample set and test data your submission needs.
Tariffs and origin risk
Two production bases — Shenzhen and Vietnam — let a program shift origin without changing supplier, process, or spec. Shipment runs from Shenzhen, Shanghai, or Ningbo, with EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP.
Spin fades after a few months
Ceramic sand is mixed into the resin, not sprayed on top, so the texture is structural. In 100-hit lab testing the face loses around 40 RPM versus roughly 100 RPM for a standard gritty finish.
Your first SKU has to launch quickly
We work from standard shapes and your artwork plus a spec sheet, then move to sample. No tooling wait on catalog shapes, and packaging can be prepared FBA-ready with UPC and FNSKU labels.

Seven steps from inquiry to container
The same sequence runs on every project, so you always know which stage you are in and what is needed to move to the next one.
Inquiry and needs discussion
You send the construction, target weight and tolerance, face material, target quantity, brand requirements, and destination market. We come back with a tiered quote, tooling cost if a new mold is needed, and a lead-time confirmation.
Design confirmation
Artwork and spec sheet are locked — shape, thickness, graphics placement, grip, end cap, edge treatment, and packaging format.
Sample making
The paddle is built to the confirmed spec. Standard shapes take 7–10 days; a new shape or mold adds 2–3 weeks to the first piece.
Sample approval
The sample ships to you with its measurement data. You test it on court and against your spec. Nothing moves to mass production until you sign off.
Mass production
Production runs on a dedicated line with weight checks through the batch, not only at the end. Approximately 30–35 days for 2,000 pcs, scaled by order size and season.
QC inspection
Multi-point checks from layup to packaging: weight and balance, face bonding, perimeter integrity, print quality, and function. Pre-shipment photos and a QC report go out before the cartons are sealed.
Shipping
EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP by sea, air, or express. Retail boxes, hang tags, UPC or FNSKU labels, and Amazon FBA prep are available on request.
