Sample, 10 to 15 days
Send the artwork and the spec. We build one or two samples and ship them to your address.
Tooling and artwork lock
We confirm the mold, the core, the face and the print file. Nothing moves until you sign off.
Mass production, 35 days
Cold press or thermoforming first, then CNC edge trimming, UV graphics, grip and packaging.
Inspection and shipping
Weight, thickness, deflection and print are checked per batch. Every shipment leaves with a QC report.

Five things we will not do. If any of them is a deal-breaker for you, we are not the right factory.
- We do not file your certification. USAP and UPA-A approvals are submitted by the brand, per model. We build to the standard and run our own pre-check, then hand you the readings.
- We do not quote what we cannot make. Everything in the catalog is pressed, printed and packed in our own building. No subcontracted hulls.
- We do not run retail or D2C. We sell to brands, wholesalers, clubs, schools and event organisers. We will not compete with you on Amazon.
- We do not promise the lowest price. Cheaper faces exist. They also wear smooth faster. When you are looking at one, we will say so.
- We are not built for one-off orders. MOQ is 200 pieces per model. Below that we can quote stock models, but not a custom build.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a factory. Our own building, our own presses and our own QC lab. We do not buy paddles from other plants and relabel them. Ask for a live video call on the production floor before you order.
Can I customize the pickleball paddles?
Yes. You choose the core (PP honeycomb, EPP, microcellular PP or a hybrid), the face (fiberglass, 3K, 12K, 18K carbon, raw T700 or ceramic sand infused), the thickness, the shape, the edge guard, the grip, the print and the packaging.
What is your MOQ?
200 pieces per model. Sample orders run below that. We also hold stock models that can ship in smaller quantities, so ask before you assume the number.
What materials do you use?
Faces run from fiberglass to raw T700 carbon, including 3K, 12K and 18K weaves and ceramic sand infused. Cores run from PP honeycomb to EPP and microcellular polypropylene, with EVA or TPE walls on hybrid builds.
Do your paddles meet USA Pickleball standards?
We build to the published USAP and UPA-A numbers, and we pre-check every batch in our own lab. The certification itself is filed by your brand, per model. We give you the samples and the readings you need to file it.
How long does production take?
Samples take 10 to 15 days. An order up to 2,000 pieces takes about 35 days after you approve the sample and the deposit clears.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. We build samples before mass production, because that is where the specification gets settled. The sample fee comes back off the bulk order when it confirms.
Can you help with paddle design?
Yes. Send a sketch, a photo, a competitor's paddle or just a target weight and thickness. Our R&D team turns it into a production-ready drawing and tells you what it will cost.
What are your payment terms?
T/T, PayPal and L/C. The usual split is 30% to start production and the balance before shipment.
How do you ensure paddle quality?
Weight, thickness, deflection, surface and print are checked per batch under ISO 9001. Every shipment leaves with a QC report, and you can re-measure the same points on arrival.
